Quiche- Albacore Tuna Spiced Up? Wow!
Quiche prepared with small amounts of fresh ingredients, eggs, heavy cream, onions, bell peppers and wild caught albacore tuna.

  1. Preheat oven to 350 Degrees.
  2. Unroll crust and center on oven pie plate. With palm press on crust on bottom and edge. With fingertips pinch and form crust edge around the pie plate. With a fork, press many holes into side and bottom of crust.
  3. Add and evenly divide the items on top of the crust in the following order: green onions, red onions, and bell pepper. Scatter tuna and break up any large pieces. Scatter cheddar cheese on top of tuna. Grind 6 turns of peppercorns over mixture.
  4. In mixing bowl, add eggs, cream, salt, chipotle chili powder and blend. Sprinkle cayenne.
  5. Bake for 350 degrees until golden brown for 35-40 minutes.
